The Lord has blessed us with 9 years of Audrey Lynn!
This girl loves her family and friends...big time. She is quite the fashionista and socialite and still smiles all the time. She has also become quite boy-crazy this year. She stays in a good mood and is always positive. She works hard at everything (except maybe house/yard work!) She loves sweets and Dr. Pepper and must be growing because she is always hungry! She loves learning more and more about the Lord and still has a heart for Haiti and really anyone in need.
She adores babies and younger kids...especially if they are cousins!
She loved her ice cream cone cupcakes we made for school (even though it was somewhat of a Pinterest fail on my part!)
She ended that day getting new glasses...and looking even more grownup! (We discovered that she is near-sighted.)
She loves basketball, dance, and skiing...all of which she has worked very hard to get better and better. We are so proud of her and love watching whatever she sets her mind to.
I dreamed that I got to hold this squishy baby Audrey again, and it was so sweet and vivid. But then I woke up my precious nine-year-old and remembered that our love and pride for her is even more sweet and vivid...and now there is that much more of her to hold!
