Holly Jolly Christmas:5

Christmas morning at Nana & Awpa's...

Wake up, Sleepyheads! Santa came!
Whoa...a giant pencil in Brenna's stocking!
Audrey got her fishbowl and accessories but no fish? A letter from Santa explained that only God can create life, so he gave her a special gold coin to go buy her fish from the fish store! Good thing, because fish in a sleigh might be a little cold ;)

Layton's present he bought at school for Awpa :)

Brenna threw herself backwards with hands raised in excitement over her gifts!

A boy's Easy-Bake...his future wife will be thankful someday!

Christmas blessings abound this year. Can't wait to have two babies in the middle of all these packages and paper next year!
And all the while, celebrating the greatest Baby to come to Earth...Happy Birthday, Jesus!

Holly Jolly Christmas: 4

Christmas Eve at Granny's...

In lieu of too many gifts, we opted for some family fun activities this year. It was quite a success and very special making gingerbread houses and memories with all the cousins!

Holly Jolly Christmas: 3

Christmas Celebrations at Aunt Paula and Uncle Ray's...

Maddison (20 months), Audrey (almost 7), Paxton (5) , Brenna (almost 5)
Football turned to basketball this year!
Josh's birthday comes first before Christmas gifts. This was his party hat...not much attention at Christmas at 33 ;)

Josh's cousin Emily made pillowcase dresses for both girls and ordered personalized books :)
They say Maddison loves shoes, so here she is getting her newest pair.

Blake on the right was about Paxton's age when I joined this family!
Spencer on the left goes to Tarleton, Blake is in 9th grade, and Taylor plays baseball for LeTourneau University in Longview...all great guys!

So blessed with love on both sides of the family!!

Holly Jolly Christmas: 2

The Christmas joy continued with family in Krum...

The girls enjoyed gifting their Mimi and Pop...and making silly faces in every picture!

Girls got lots of great bike practice in, too...

As always, Mimi's house was transformed into craft city (aka Deal girl heaven), and they were busy to their hearts' content with fun things to do.
It was a very sweet time even though we greatly missed Uncle James and Aunt Sydney!

Holly Jolly Christmas: 1

We surprised the girls with early gifts one night during the week before Christmas. They were pretty happy :)
 Their first bikes!
"All I want for Christmas is YOU!"

Why not throw some wigs in, too...

Without good sidewalks/driveway/weather, we resorted to riding through the kitchen and dining room for a few days!

Jingle even caught a ride in the basket one day!

It was a great start to a very blessed Christmas!
