Trampoline Park

We also tried a trampoline park while we were several states away, and it was a fun energy release for all four kids on a rainy day.

Did I say four kids? Make that 5 ;)

Sedgwick County Zoo, KS

Our next day in Kansas was a wonderful time at the local zoo.

We watched this huge snake crawl out of the water to the kids! They got to see every muscle and skin movement it took to make it up the side.

It was a little creepy with this guy climbing free over our heads...but a really neat jungle habitat!

My favorite part of the zoo...our five little bears!

Look at Ev pointing...so sweet!
This guy was kinda cute, too...well kind of.
We got some great up-close animal encounters at this zoo.

This old elephant named Stefanie was getting her daily dental/hygiene treatment.

The giraffe feeding time was definitely a favorite!

He spotted us. We were a little hard to miss, though.
What a great day with our little monkeys!

Kansas Y

Day 1 in Kansas:
We went to the YMCA to swim! Austin took off from work while we were visiting, so he joined us for all the fun! He is such a great dad, always so alert and attentive to Everett!

Audrey is still too short for all the slides so we just cheered for Layton. But we all loved the lazy river!

We're Not in Kansas Anymore...

...But we were!

We went to visit Uncle Austin, Aunt Melinda, and Everett! I got lots of time with my mom, sister, and brother, and best of all, I had all three nephews in the same place to love on!

Lots of pictures of our adventures coming...these are from the little playground on their block.

He is so funny riding on his little car we gave him. My brother just ties his rope to it and away they go!
