ZOO

I'm sure you see this title and think it will be about our home ;) but actually we went to a real zoo...the Fort Worth Zoo this past Monday after a doctor's appointment. The weather was perfect, and it was not crowded at all!We got to go with Nana, Bobby, and Layton...and we all had such a great time together!

This big birdcage is really neat...but Brenna got a little upset with these birds so close to her hand. Daddy liked it, though ;)

Likewise, the monkey house is amazing. The kids were up close and personal with several chimpanzees and gorillas. And the first story they will tell you about the whole zoo experience is that they saw a gorilla pick his nose :/

The animals were so active and friendly...as were the children!

I think Brenna would have stayed with the penguins for hours.

Finally, we all enjoyed the train ride to end a perfect day at the ZOO!
