Three Gifts

We decided to start a new tradition this year in our home to keep perspective at Christmas. We gave each other three gifts just as Jesus received. The gifts included something we need (as with the myrrh for Jesus), something we would enjoy (as the frankincense), and something to honor each other/make them feel special (as with the gold).

Brenna was excited to get a new jacket she needed.

Audrey loved her new tap shoes she needs for her ballet/tap class.

Brenna is very special at reading, so new books it is!

Audrey feels so special in her new canopy on her bed!

And Brenna has always wanted a giant, soft unicorn!

Audrey was too busy giving giant hugs to get a picture of the new art supplies to enjoy!

Lastly, as a family, we received new devotional books that we need, enjoy, and are special reading together!
